“Only stay at this property as a last resort. One or two staff members attempted to be helpful and most were friendly, but they are set up to fail given the horrible conditions of the rooms. Hot, hunid. AC that can't drop the temp below 74. Shirts come out of the closet damp. 3 nights stayed and never received housekeeping, other than the day I specifically asked the desk clerk to have them come replace the towels on the floor used to mop up the water due to the shower door gaps. Just terrible....

“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not very positive. The room needed a much deeper cleaning or any cleaning at that matter. There were bugs on the window, in the bed, under the bed, and in the bathtub, dust throughout the room, and the carpet appeared as if it had not been vacuumed in a while. “Very clean rooms. Andy at the front desk was wonderful. The pool was fun and the gym was great. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again”

Hot breakfast every morning included was always plenty full. I definitely would recommend this hotel for your family and friends. I plan on staying there every time I come to Fort Riley.”
