“The woman at the counter was able to help us out of a mix-up that we had. She was fabulous and was able to straighten things out so that everyone involved was happy. The room was perfect and comfortable. This is a great place to stay. Breakfast was very good also.”

“Bathtub had rust all over it. The mattress protector had hair from someone else all over it. The breakfast biscuits were very hard and dry. It was quiet place to sleep.”

“Room was decent size, offered a mini fridge and freezer as well as microwave. Beds were very uncomfortable for couples, when one moves the entire bed moves. So needless to say we didn't sleep well. There were dogs barking for extended periods of time making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, etc and everything was empty besides a serving of eggs. There was cereal and stale bagels available and mini yogurt cups. The orange juice was 90% water, apple just...

“The cable was out no water pressure in the showers and Air conditioner fan would stop working. ”

“The hair dryer did not work. There was no shampoo. Our door was propped open when we arrived, but appeared to be secure.”

“Overall the place seemed clean and the staff were very friendly. My only complaints are that the water pressure in the bathroom room was low and the water took forever to get hot as well as the body wash in the shower was completely empty- didn’t realize till I was already in the shower.”

“Beautiful lake view from every room! Loved waking up to the view! Very secluded and quiet. Layout was good and convenient.”

“No hair dryer. No iron. No facial tissues. Smoke detector was in a drawer in the bedside table, not on the wall. Bottom of shower curtain was dirty. Pillow case was dirty. Toilet made a loud clunking sound everytime you sat on it. Faucet in sink moved around. Toilet paper in the bathroom was very hard to reach. We did not eat the breakfast.”

“Front desk staff was fantastic. Greeted promptly and when I needed help with the tv someone was up to room within minutes. Will be back!”
