Nestled on nearly 2 serene acres, where the scent of maple trees fills the air, the Souhegan River winds gently through the woods, and every moment feels like a deep breath of peace. This classic farmhouse blends historic charm, modern comfort, and small-town walkability.
Imagine waking up to golden sunlight filtering through century-old maples, sipping morning coffee on your private patio as the Souhegan River whispers through the forest, and ending your day by the fire under a canopy of stars. This is authentic New England living—serene, scenic, and unforgettable.

🔥 Fire pit with string lighting for magical evenings (available weather & regulation permitting — statewide burn bans may apply, please check conditions before booking).
🏡 Classic New England farmhouse architecture with warm, inviting interiors starting with our most beloved spot-cozy porch swing .

***Please note:
- Bathroom is on first floor and bedrooms are on second floor. Staircase is classic to historic New England home and is steeper than modern staircases.
- Fireplace room is not heated nor cooled and accessed from outside the property.
- Basement stairs to access washer and dryer are very steep and narrow.

🏔 Perfect base for Mount Monadnock hikes, covered bridges, orchards, ski trips & scenic drives
Fully stocked kitchen with Reverse osmosis filtered water on tap — enjoy pure, refreshing drinking water without the need for bottled water.
🐾 Pet-friendly with a secure fenced area directly off the house — perfect for letting pets out safely without accompanying them every time (note: the entire property is not fully fenced). *Nonrefundable pet fee per stay applies and pets must be crated if left alone in the property. Please keep pets off furniture.
🛏 Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6 comfortably all year, with additional seasonal sleeping spaces): Bedrooms are on 2nd floor, bathroom is on 1st floor.
• Master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ottoman with fold out single bed
• Second bedroom with a twin bed + pull-out twin trundle (great for kids!)
• Ottomon in living room pulls out to twin size bed
• Futon in the enclosed fireplace room (please note: sunroom is unheated and accessed from outside)
