Questa casa sulla spiaggia è direttamente su Long Island Sound, e ha due portici per sedersi e ascoltare le onde. Mentre entri in casa vedrai una cucina aperta che guarda direttamente al tavolo della cucina, e un soggiorno che ti condurrà direttamente sul portico di fronte alla spiaggia. Il portico al piano di sotto ha due paia di gradini per poter accedere facilmente alla spiaggia che si trova direttamente di fronte a voi. Al piano superiore avete 3 camere da letto. La camera da letto King ha il suo portico che si affaccia sull'acqua, e ha il proprio bagno che è stato aggiornato. Questa camera ha anche un divano letto nella stanza Le 2 camere da letto hanno il proprio bagno completo. Una camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli ed è una stanza per bambini, e l'altra camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo da utilizzare. Entrambe queste camere hanno il loro AC se necessario. Ci sono due verande che sono direttamente affrontare Long Island Sound. La casa ha un grande parcheggio fuori strada, ed è impostato per godere di una vacanza al mare. La spiaggia è letteralmente a 10 piedi di distanza dal primo piano portico. La casa ha un'atmosfera molto rilassata e ha tutto il necessario. Da kayak, giocattoli, sedie a sdraio, ecc. Milford ha un grande shopping di famiglia! Abbiamo un Whole Foods, Trader Joe's e Costco, tutti a meno di 3 miglia dalla spiaggia. Fino alla strada di circa ½ miglio è un Save A Lot and Wine Store.

Amazingly Wonderful

The accommodations that are shown on the website are NOTHING compared to the real property. The house is spacious , nautically designed and welcoming from back door to beach front. Anything and everything u would ask for are at your fingertips. Stocked with items to accommodate 2 people to 6-8 people . The host Brad is attentive to anything u ask him and is very helpful when inquiring about the areas vast wealth of eateries and sightseeing pleasures. This is definitely one to keep in our back pockets for the future.

Great Beachfront Home

Location, location, location.

Each night I could wait to see the sunset. We were here in November, the view is unmatched. There is lots of space for family in the house. Two full baths upstairs was a great convenience. At night the living room was very cozy! It was great hearing the water lap on the beach that was only 2 steps away.

Wonderful beach vacation

Very comfortable home. Perfect for our grown family. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the beach and water views right outside the back steps. We set up our umbrellas and chairs, had fun using the kyack and paddle board. It was a wonderful and relaxing time together! Looking forward to it again next year.

Great Summer Vaca Spot

We had a wonderful time on the beach, in the ocean and just relaxing in the house. There were nice restaurants in the area to try and some fun day trips to take with the kids. We'd go back!

Mostly very positive

We stayed with our family which included my father 93, my daughter & our 2 grandsons ages 2 &4. It was a delight to be directly on the waterfront where we were just steps from the sand and water. And at low tide nice sandbars and flats where children could walk out safely. Best of all for my father was the wonderful porch where he could watch all the activities from. Important to note that only two window AC in back bedrooms. Front bedroom and downstairs not AC at all

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our week at the beach and this property was just what we needed. We had 2 families, along with 2 children under 2 and one 4 yr old. We were able to gather in the living room, on the deck, at the beach, as well as meals at the dining room table. We had a wonderful time during the day on the beach, in the evenings watching the sailboats on the water, and sleeping listening to the lapping water. Our daughter’s family was very comfortable in the air conditioned bedrooms.

The views are amazing! You're right on the water.

As soon as we walked in and saw out the dual sliding doors, our jaws dropped. The water was right there! Wonderful house and amazing view, and was exactly what we were hoping for, to get some much needed R&R.

Simple beach fun

Had a great time at the beach with family and friends. The sound was calm enough for little ones. House came with excellent paddle boards and kayaks to use in the water. Communication with the owner was easy and expectations were clear.

Perfect

Smooth process from the very start to the very end. Very responsive owner. The place easily accommodated 6 adults who stayed overnight and 2 additional adults during the day plus a 14 year old dog. We enjoyed breakfast coffee on the deck then a morning walk on the beach. From inside the house, it felt like you were on a cruise ship because all you can see is water. We had a great stay.

Great beach vacation!!

Amazing house DIRECTLY on beach. When you look out the sliders of the master or the living room you feel like you are on a cruise ship. House was well stocked with beach/bath/kitchen linens. Roomy inside for rainy days or just to take a break from the heat (we have a 1 and 5 yr old). Room for 3 cars in driveway (we fit Honda Pilot, Buick Enclave, and Honda Odyssey) when we had guests over one day. Minor things-had to fill one propane tank and ran out of toilet paper(3 bathrooms-2 had partial rolls and 3rd downstairs ran out after first couple of days.). The beach is very rocky and had to run to store for water shoes. All in all great property-great vacation. Brad owner was very easy to work with. Would recommend property.

Loved it.

The house is very comfortable and you can’t beat the location! The sound of the waves is so soothing. Exposed sandbars during low tide were a big hit with the kids. Brad, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. He answered all questions before I could even ask! Great place to vacation!
