“clean and spacious”

“My friend and I stayed at this hotel because of its location. We wanted to be close to the mall and other stores to do some Christmas shopping. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the size of the refrigerator. We could only get a couple of bottles of water inside of it. Our leftovers from our dinner would not fit in it. Breakfast the next morning was very nice. The area is well laid out so there wasn't a traffic jam where everyone...

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“clean room, the lady who checked me in was awesome, but the day time ladies did nothing i asked them, clean room, towels, shower get was out and told them the sheets where not fitted they rolled up when i got in. they didnt tell the cleaning people but thank got i got the lady i had checked in with in evening again and she took care of me. not impressed with the ladies on day time and hope they get repremanded for it”
