“The people at the reception is very polite and helpful. The room is sufficient big and is very comfortable and well cleaned also if the Hotel is beside a very traffic road all is very quiet.

“I didn't sleep for 36 hours and didn't had food for 12 hours when arrived late in the afternoon at Shera Hotel and Banquet Navi Mumbai. Totally exhausted i expressed this towards the manager and staff. They acted at once, unburden me, ordered food for me, and settled me in my room.
