“It was a quick trip we choose this hotel because of the access to the jet express to get to put n bay it was a great view of the lake and was nice clean room breakfast was good did not get to use the pool or gym but it was nice that it was inside pool because it was not that warm but I would stay there again ”

“Hotel was convenient and clean. For tall people the showers are A+ with the shower head extra high. Same owners as the Commodore which is where the pool pictures are from. This is deceiving if you don't know. We knew. ”

“The room was so clean, and had no signs of wear, I thought I was the first person to stay there. The front desk advised the room had seen many guests before me. The bed was sumptuously comfortable. The bedding was soft, cozy, and snowy white, every piece of it. Every member of the staff was friendly, cheerful, and happy to help. Even the gentleman trimming the bushes outside was congenial. “Upon reading some of the negative reviews of this hotel I was little sceptical, however, when we arrived I was very pleasantly pleased. The facility was clean and the staff was very welcoming. The exterior was just a tad outdated but was certainly clean and taken care of. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be back to stay again. Very convenient for the Jet express and just a short drive to cedar point. Keep up the good work.”

“This property was off the beaten path. Showed some Bay pics but upon arrival. Had to drive to get to any views. However, the customer service was top notch and the place was clean and perfect if you’re surrounded by chaos on a regular basis. Perfect way to reset. Runs like a Bed and Breakfast never saw staff. However, staff was readily available and on point. Wasn’t what I wanted when I came here BUT was what I needed. ”
