“Clean room and great customer service. There was a pest issue in my first room (flying insects bathroom, likely related to leaking tub faucet) and staff easily accommodated me with new room. However the evidence in various areas around property signals chronic water damage. Furniture visibly worn and in need of upgrade.”

“I stayed there June 5th and 6th while my son attended a football camp at Liberty. My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room.
