“Very convenient to the university and downtown. Relatively quiet for an urban location.”

“The first room had bugs and dead bugs all over the room. Bathroom had a spider on the ceiling and smelt musty. Second room was a bit cleaner but the shower curtain was dirty along with the shower floor. Blinds and curtain didn’t fully cover for privacy”

“This is an older motel. No elevators. Rooms need updating, but we’re clean and the AC was ice cold. Pool area looked nice, we didn’t use it, but others were. “Breakfast” wasn’t much. Bagels, muffins and bread for toasting. Coffee machine, juice machine, and fresh apples. Ice machine in the lobby was good. Large parking lot.”

“Check in was smooth and very helpfiul after a long day of traveling, highly recommend .”

“The person at the desk was not friendly. Matter of fact did the job and that was it. The room smelled like cigarettes when we walked in. Even though throughout the facility no smoking signs are plate. Breakfast was coffee and cold cereal. The room was not very clean and not in good repair. Next year we will find a new hotel for our stay in the area.”

“Immediately took care of your light that was out. We did not know there wasn’t maid service on a day basis. That would have been helpful.”

“I stayed here, but there was no lantern or scissors provided, and the lantern in my friend’s unit was broken too. So I asked for a replacement, but I was told there wasn’t one available and to just deal with it. I asked them to help resolve the issue, but all they said was to talk to the manager in the morning. I think that is very poor customer service.”

“I have to shout out Michelle! She is absolutely amazing! She helped me out so much after a horrible experience at another “hotel” that lacked competency. She allowed an early check in and just have a great experience to end the trip with. The staff was kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with this stay. Highly recommend!”

“Amanda was lovely: very helpful and she made such delicious breakfasts every morning fresh. The house is charming. It feels like it’s in the middle of the quaintest tiny villages but Hartford is under 30 minutes away and New Haven was an easy 45 minutes. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...

“The hotel was just checking over for the Hilton by the Hilton. It was not a good hotel. It smelled like cigarette ran down. Stafr didn’t seem too friendly doors were very it was very poorly maintenance. It looked like it had one room and just painted the second room and maybe bought new beds and ACs that property needs a lot of work. Breakfast was basic. It was a smell to the hotel. It just wasn’t worth the money I spent it was 200 something dollars. I think I will give it a motel 85.”

“Okay for a one night stay in order to be near family we were visiting. Room smelled musty, bathroom was good sized and seemed clean but room itself felt a bit shabby. Front desk staff member when we checked in was polite enough but not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.”
