“We had great communication with Jena! The house was spotless when we walked in. We were doing a couple days at Knoebels which was 35 mins away. House is close to many restaurants and stores and on a road that seemed to have many people walking or jogging. The campfire area near the water was beautiful! I would only suggest maybe a few more/better pots and pans. There is a regional airport very close which had helicopters and small planes coming and going throughout the day but after dark it was...

“it started out that we had no heat the first night Saturday morning at 7:45 I called and they said they have maintenance there in 20 minutes. I called again at 11:30 12 and 1 o’clock and when I said I wanted my money back a repairman was there within 20 minutes all that needed done were the central air needed cleaned the gas leaked in the laundry room the gas heater in the hallway did not work. The dishes were all chipped and when I asked for a partial refund, the guy was rude and disrespectful....
