“We loved this unique family friendly stay 30 min away from Penn State for our family with 5 kids! All the essentials were available at the church house (linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). It was a very comfortable and homey. Megan was able to accommodate an early check-in for us and kind enough to leave some goodies for us upon arrival. She was always available to answer any questions we had. We loved the property and would stay here again. ”

“Our stay was great. The place was very clean, and we had everything we needed. The steps up to the loft were a little trickier than expected, but still manageable. The only down side for us was the location, it was just a little bit further away from the activities we wanted to do, but that is no fault of theirs, I should of checked the distance from our location better, but I'm still glad we got to stay there, it really is a nice place. We would definitely stay again if we go back to that area.”

“First, the place is represented well as described and pictured. Great kitchen and sleeping arrangements, plenty of room. Communication with the property management company was inconsistant. Here are the issues stand out. First, the Google Maps link sent from the company directed us to the wrong place and had to ask those owners where the VRBO place was. Second, as others have said, wifi is spotty and slow inside the house. Third, we had requested early on to have some additional firewood...

“This cozy farmhouse was perfect! It was like staying at Grandma's. There was ample room for everyone to sleep, visit with each other, and prepare for the wedding we were attending. Whether you need a peaceful getaway, attend a race in Beaver Springs, or just visiting family and friends this place has everything you need!”
