“The hotel is in very bad condition. The room was not clean, there was no hot water, and they did not return the $50 deposit. My experience was very bad and I do not recommend this hotel.”

“The whole place smelled like weed, and there were a lot of sketchy people around. We didn’t feel safe. The room seemed clean, but not in the best shape. The refrigerator/freezer was dirty. Some damaged spots on the walls. The bathtub was not in good shape. There was no hair dryer. It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed, if not the worst.”

“Hotel is preaching decent in the inside of the rooms. Felt unsafe on the outside but is well know that this area of Charlotte is not the safest. ”

“Easy parking on the premises, overall condition of the hotel could be upgraded, eg my bathroom had missing stopper, the sink had a crack, the bathtub was patched from a crack and it definitely required replacement.”
