“Telephone didn't work, toilet didn't flush had to go to the front desk and ask for a plunger. Bed was lopsided and too soft pillows were old and not fluffy. Telephone was dirty and sticky and didn't even work I told front desk and they didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Front door was locked at 7:00pm”
