“The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. “I booked this room without reading the reviews, but based on the 8.2 out of 10 rating. On our way down, I DID read the reviews and was worried about what I got us into.
Our stay had ZERO issues. Contactless check in was great, given the fact that we arrived later than we expected. The room was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of HOT water. My kids enjoyed the bunkbeds.
It wasn't anything fancy, we just needed somewhere to sleep, shower, and rest in between doing things during the day and...
