Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. It was a short driving distance to everything I wanted to do - Gatlinburg main strip, Pigeon Forge, Roaring Fork Motor Trail. Amenities included that I was appreciative for were a hair dryer, coffee pot, ice provided in the freezer, and TV that allowed connection to streaming apps.
