Centrally located in Mills River, this peaceful retreat boasts all the amenities you love to have while on vacation!

Lined by trees and situated on a sizable property, enjoy the North Carolina sunshine while sitting on the patio and barbecuing with your loved ones.

Inside, the spacious living area boasts an oversized sofa and a large TV. The full kitchen positively gleams with stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, ample meal prep space, and a tile backsplash. When it's time to eat, gather as a family around the formal dining table.

The bedrooms are equally impressive with their high-quality linens, private TVs, and warm wood finishes. An additional sleeper sofa is available if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. Central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access round out the home's magnificent perks.

While enjoying sweeping mountain views, visit the on-site Mills River Brewery or nearby Mills River Park, Fireside Golf Range, Historic Johnson Farm, Bill Moore Community Park, and Elijah Mountain Gem Mine and Crystal Store.

THINGS TO KNOW
-The fireplace is not operational.
-There is live music at Mills River Brewery every Wednesday-Sunday.
-Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.

Mills River Brewery Property

Located next to the brewery that owns the property. Didn’t get to visit it but it looked very inviting and busy.Newly updated thru out. View off porch is beautiful once you look over the packaging house across the street. Spacious and accessible to our elderly and pets.

Great place to stay!

We stayed recently in order to explore the area and brewery crawl. What a great place! Recently redone, tastefully decorated and very clean. Everything was functional but not the place was not over the top. There is plenty of space in the kitchen but there are also lots of food trucks at the pet-friendly breweries in the area. Big bonus for us to be able to end our evenings enjoying the brewery next door then just walking up the driveway. Communication was easy and someone was always available (glitch with the WI-FI) making the entire experience great. We loved this place and look forward to a return visit!
