It is my opinion that the charge should be refunded to me and the disclosure should be added moving forward if it is not included with the cost ”

“Absolutely fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Front desk staff was very kind, location was perfect - barely even 5 minutes from downtown. And one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Also loved the decor and the layout of the rooms. Only complaints were the pillows were way too small and too soft, and the walls are thin between the room and the hallway - we could hear anytime someone on the floor entered or left their room or talked while in the hallway....

“It would be impossible for me to put into words how fantastic of a deal this place was. I had originally booked in a different local hotel and was disappointed with the room. I am staying in Asheville for three nights and fortunately, the first hotel refunded me the first night so I could stay somewhere else for the next two. The residence is only cost me a little bit more and it was a world of difference. This place gives you a luxury one bedroom or two bedroom condo with a deep, hot tub king...
