“Very Clean, comfortable beds, HOT TUB and indoor pool, Best price around, dog friendly with a welcome water bowl and treats! Outside sitting area is very cute and relaxing. Russell was amazing he is very good at his job! The only thing that fell short was the continental breakfast it was very little, there was cereal, toast, waffles. The hot tub and pool could use a new coat of paint. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“The location and price are the biggest benefits of the Beach Boutique Hotel. Located right off Rt. 1 but only about 10 minute drive from the Rehobeth Beaches. It was quieter than we expected. It is next to Blue Coast and the Fresh Market, with the southbound Wawa accessible without having to get on Coastal Hwy. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. And the price made it a great value. We would definitely come back.”

“Staff were tremendous! My son was having an allergic reaction from sunscreen and they allowed me to get into my room before check-in so he could shower. They even asked how he was doing multiple times during our visit.”

“Rooms were good, I think our room was being renovated. I did have to go to the front desk for a hair dryer. And the pool was not accessible at the time.”
