“We had a very comfortable stay. The house had a lot of facilities provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything including pots and pans, to sharp knives. Overall the house was very clean. The hostess was always reachable and answered all our inquiries promptly.”

“ Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!”

“Quaint house within walking distance to restaurants (2) . Beautiful area and can see Lake Pepin from back deck. It is close to railroad track which we were told in description. We didn’t mind hearing the trains-some people might. Comfortable furniture in house. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated. Other restaurants and shops within short driving distance. Nice hikes nearby also. We had a good stay.”

“the property was not worth the price. second bed was not a king as stated. pulling back covers revealed a hair ball causing guests to sleep in their clothes. heat in lower level was non existent … guests staying there also slept in clothes. Remodel was subpar; while we did not use shower/bath the remodel included corrugated metal tub surround. for around 800 for checkin at 2 pm and checkout less than 24 hrs later we expected more. ”

“The property is located right in the heart of Lake City, next to Lake Pepin! It's easy to get to and has a nice set up with an open kitchen to living room concept which is great for a stay with friends or family! The sauna is nice and the backyard looked perfect for summer hangouts (we were there in January so couldn't enjoy that but I imagine it's nice!)”

“Jessica was more than welcoming and made sure everything was set and perfect for our last minute stay in Rochester. House was in a great location and even the snow was cleared from the driveway so we had no issues getting in. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Thanks again!”
