“Hotel is quite a bit older than it looks online. Bathroom tub was full of rust. Room was not overly clean, ice bucket was filthy. ”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the room cleanliness could use improvement. There was visible mold buildup around the shower door/corner area, which made the bathroom feel less clean than expected. Hoping they can address the maintenance issues because the service itself was great.”

“The hotel is lovely. The check in process was challenging to say the least. For some reason the funds paid in advance to Expedia weren’t available for the hotel to charge. I was told many times by the front desk to not use Expedia to book rooms. They stated it happens all too often. In this instance I was on the phone with Expedia at 8:30 pm trying to find out why I couldn’t check in to my room after driving for many hours. It took about 45 minutes to get the issue resolved. However, the experience with the breakfast buffet staff was not as positive—one staff member seemed to watch our every movement, which was off-putting. The hotel itself is nice, but it definitely needs to be revamped, as the furniture and amenities, such as the gym, feel outdated.”
