This spacious and dog-friendly, 5-bedroom end unit townhome, offers all the comforts of home. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for an additional pet fee.
On the first floor, you'll find the owner's suite featuring a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower and water closet, ensuring ultimate privacy and comfort. Near the home's foyer is a cozy den perfect for relaxation or remote work, complete with a comfortable couch and work desk. The well stocked kitchen boasts a large island with seating, ideal for casual meals or socializing, and a dining table perfect for larger group meals. Step outside the dining area to a beautiful wrap-around screened patio that overlooks a serene pond, providing a perfect spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a long day at the beach.
Upstairs, a second primary bedroom offers a king bed and a private bathroom, ensuring a restful retreat. The third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom. The loft area is perfect for unwinding and creating an additional space for relaxation and entertainment.

This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool.
As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased.
**There is a $25 fee for lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if these items are not returned at time of check out.
The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community.
**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
