Condo was very clean and well appointed. Great location across the street from one of the large pools. Also near golf courses, restaurants, and easy to get to Bethany Beach. Property manager was extremely responsive. Everyone had a wonderful time. A smooth and easy check in. Would recommend this property and would stay again.

Perfect !!!

Location of choice. Very well located, near the sea, very clean, in front of the swimming pool. Really nice to have bikes and walk around the neighborhood. Very safe. I would go back without hesitation. Wonderful vacation !!!

Would book again!

Overall my family and I were impressed and happy with our stay. The house was clean; I didn’t have my usual thoughts of wanting to wipe down everything when I entered the house. The house had a fresh feel to it. It is a newer build and was decorated with style in mind. I never heard the neighbors adjacent to us on either side the entire time. Even though the neighbors had young children and a dog, I couldn’t hear any noise through the walls. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with enough plates, glasses, and silverware. All the basic kitchen tools were available to us. I was pleased to find two bikes and beach chairs. The pool is directly across the street from the house which was amazing! We never had issues with our pool passes or access. Some of us used the gym as well. The tennis court and basketball court were around the corner which was also convenient. There was plenty of space in the property for us and amenities within the community to keep us entertained. I had many questions leading up to my stay because I had never stayed at a rental before. The host was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. The reason I gave the check in access and communication a 4 out of 5 stars is at no fault to the host. For an unknown reason the internet was not working at time of check in; therefore, the door lock code didn’t work. The host responded and corrected the issue under an hour. The internet was also working by that night.

Bishops landing

Morten was a great host and the place was awesome! We found the beach chairs and bikes to be very convenient for our travels and they were high quality. Very spacious, comfortable house throughout. Pool and pickleball courts were conveniently located, as was the clubhouse/gym area. Value was great. Just a few miles from the beach. Will be looking to book this place again!

Perfect stay for our family

We had the best time. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and very roomy. Loved that the house was directly across from the biggest pool on property (but can also go to the other two pools in the secondary neighborhood across the street; one with an Olympic sized lap lane and a fun kids pool). We spent a lot of time at Bethany beach (short 10 minute drive) and also a less touristy/crowded beach (20 minute drive), had fun during bike rides around the neighborhood and Cape Henlopen State Park. The house included some great amenities including beach chairs, bikes, passes to the pool and passes to use the beach shuttle. Would absolutely recommend for a perfect beach getaway ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
