The bright living area includes a sofa bed, while an additional separate small room with bunk beds provides a practical sleeping arrangement for families or groups of friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes stovetops, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, silverware, and elegant wine glasses, complemented by a dining area perfect for relaxed meals. The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer for added convenience. Guests can unwind on the private patio with outdoor seating while enjoying uninterrupted sea views and the refreshing island breeze. Additional amenities include air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, iron, hangers, clothing storage, and a private entrance, ensuring comfort throughout both short and extended stays. Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
