Broadkill Beach - PASSI LONTANO DALLA SPIAGGIA

Bellissima casa sulla spiaggia di Broadkill situata terza casa dall'acqua. Questa casa dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni e 2.500 SF di spazio. Il 1 ° piano ha un concetto aperto con cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con soffitto a cattedrale e MOLTE e MOLTE finestre! L'ampia area all'aperto è perfetta per cene di famiglia. Direttamente fuori dalla cucina è un piccolo ponte con grill a gas e tavolino e sedie. L'altra estremità della stanza conduce ad un ponte più grande con un paio di sedie a sdraio e grande altalena. In fondo al corridoio troverai una camera da letto di buone dimensioni, un bagno completo e un bagno padronale. La camera da letto principale è MOLTO spaziosa con bagno interno. Inoltre, il master ha un camino a gas e si apre in un altro salotto. Salendo al 2 ° piano c'è una piccola area soppalcata con un paio di sedie. Questo è il MIGLIOR POSTO in casa in quanto ha una grande vetrata con vista panoramica sulla baia di Delaware. Appena fuori dal soppalco c'è un'altra camera da letto con 2 letti a castello.

Gorgeous house steps from the beach

The house was amazing with high end features. Plenty of room for all of us. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. There can be a lot of mosquitos but we came prepared with bug spray so all was well. Perfect family vacation.

Perfect Family Getaway

A beautiful property with all the amenities we could need. Foodies will love the kitchen - quality appliances and all the tools you need to make fun vacation meals and more. Going to the beach was a breeze with a short walk to the water. We had the option to use beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys as needed. Very comfortable with plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together.

Family Beach Retreat

Fantastic House

Absolutely beautiful home only steps from the beach. We could not have been happier with the condition of the house and its location. The bunk room was great for kids and the living areas were open and spacious for hanging out. The house was well stocked with new appliances and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, fishing poles, etc. to have have a wonderful time at the beach.

Great stay!

Our family had a great week at 8 Texas Avenue. The house is gorgeous and comes with a lot of thoughtful amenities. It's just a short walk to the beach. Great communication with the host with an easy check-in/out procedure. We highly recommend this property and would rent it again.

Great Location!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and love it! It is in a great location, close to the beach, quiet and perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen is well stocked, extremely clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend this house and I am sure we will be staying again!

We were pleased that the house was so clean and well-stocked with kitchen tools and beach gear (but note there was a single roll of toilet paper, no other paper products, and literally only one salt shaker, nothing else food-wise). We would rent again!

Great house in a great location

This is a wonderful, clean, well stocked house in a great location. Very quiet and relaxing with a very short walk to the beach. Loved the kitchen, deck, and full sized washer dryer. The entryway was great to keep beach bags etc. and having extra sand chairs was also very nice. I did reach out twice to ask about a clogged toilet and the very low water pressure in the outdoor shower but only received a reply about the toilet which was already resolved. I wish the pet fee was a deposit rather than a fee as $300 is a lot. I realize some dogs can be rambunctious and have accidents and ruin things, but my dog is not one of those. Some properties charge much less. Obviously it was worth it for me to bring him since I chose to pay it but I’m not sure I’d pay the fee again.

The property was exactly as described and the location was amazing (just a short walk to the beach). Beach was fairly private which was great for morning walks with my dog. The house had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a lovely stay.
