Wonderful property for a last minute trip to the beach with my 2 children. The home was exceptionally clean, had ample space including a wonderful back yard to the kids to run around in! Kitchen was well stocked and perfect for preparing some meals at home. Grocery store and other amenities were right down the road. Conveniently located - was a quick drive to the beaches, nature preserves, restaurants, and other attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was beyond our expectations and the host was very friendly and accommodating! We were in town for my son's wedding and could not have found a better place to stay. The home was clean, very inviting and homey, beds were comfortable, air conditioning was fantastic, and things were available that we weren't expecting (condiments, some toiletries like body wash and shampoo, laundry detergent, and more) I will be recommending this home to others and definitely leaving 5 stars!

Had a wonderful stay in Milton which is a short drive from Lewes, Rehoboth beach and Cape Henlopen park. The first words our child said when entering the house were "do not judge the book by its cover". It's much more spacious inside than it looks when you first pull up to the house - very clean, conveniently laid out, nicely decorated and with room to spread out and feel like you are in the privacy of your home rather than cramped in a small hotel room and surrounded by all sorts of noises. Will stay again when travelling to the area.

We were very happy with the house. It was very nice and clean, The host was easy to get ahold of. It was 15 minutes from my grandsons baseball tournament, 35 minutes to rehoboth beach. My grandchildren loved the games the host had at the house. They played games every night. We enjoyed staying at the house.

Place was so CLEAN! Always appreciated with a VRBO. It was very cute and comfortable and had everything we needed! As others said, on busy road which provided for some white noise but it didn't bother us at all and we would definitely return! Host was also very responsive and helpful!
