The apartment comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room loveseat is not recommend as a sleeping area due to its compact size.

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood and 2-hour time limits apply from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday.
- Overnight street parking is prohibited from December 1st to March 1st
- Loading zones are often available directly outside the building
- For reserved parking, we recommend the SpotHero app as a convenient solution. The 500 N Broadway Lot is one of the nearby options located on the adjacent block from the building which is at Broadway & Michigan

Other things to note:
- Only one set of keys will be provided. It's extremely important to handle them carefully as the apartment door locks automatically, copies are very difficult to obtain, and lockout fees of $180 will be passed on if incurred
- This apartment is in a building where weddings are occasionally held, on various Friday or Saturday nights during the summer, and music can be heard from the DJ's music. This ends at 12am sharp and should not be very loud inside the apartment itself

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification and pay $200 refundable security deposit
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge for unreturned keys
6. A lockout fee of $180 will be passed on if incurred
