“Have stayed at The Peninsula on many occasions. Great location, good value and walking distance to good restaurants, cafes, shops supermarket and ferry. This time had a one bedroom apartment, with a small usable kitchen and great for 2 people. Adequate free parking on site however when busy you may need to park on the street. Would highly recommend.”

“Warm welcome at check in. The place is starting to look a bit tired - especially bathroom. The sealing around the bathroom sink was poorly finished - not what you would expect.”

“The listing is misleading; the pictures showed an upper-floor unit, but we got a first-floor unit. There was an AC unit, but not in the bedroom; it was in the living room!!. And if you have been to Perth, you know that it can be hot in early March. And it was. The check-in was a disaster. The front desk is open only from 10 am to 2 pm, and the phone number they have listed is outdated. You would only know the right number to call if you went to the front desk and read the notice posted on the...

“Staff were pleasant but didn’t deliver when asked for a bin bag 3 times to empty our rubbish. Was told no clean until checkout after 4 nights stay. Had refurbishment happening while staying but failed to be informed upon booking. Or leading up to it. Run down bathroom cupboards. Dirty tile areas. Parking was expensive and not at the hotel as they had very few spaces for parking at the hotel. Good location for our needs. Was given 1 hour extra to checkout for one room only, but we still...
