“Amazing owners, staff, chef, property, room and the food!!!! Went for a weekend and ended up booking a week in the summer because they are the best resort we have been to in Ontario!! ”

“It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. Room and washroom were not very clean. Windows and areas around windows and sliding door were filthy. Looked like they had not been cleaned yet from the winter. The bed was...

“We had a very nice overnight stay. The river was very refreshing.”

“We booked our stay in advance and it fell on the weekend of a huge snow storm 3 feet. Power went out as well. But we had heat thankfully, and owners had a generator. They kept the driveways clear of snow. The view was picturesque. It was peaceful fun. ”

“Great place for a ‘Cottage Feel’ stay. We loved it. We’ll be back for sure! I’m a chef so a few more kitchen tools would have been great, even a few more heat safe baking dishes, tongs, but hey if that’s all I can complain about than I’m happy lol!! ”
