“This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean eco-lodge just outside Mindo. The tropical grounds are vast and exquisitely manicured, while the rooms are large and inviting after a day of fun activities. It’s quite private. We enjoyed a lazy afternoon of recovery from a busy trip, reading and napping on the great balcony. “Bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, made the room smell bad, and yes we didn’t flush any toilet paper, informed the manager about it and nothing was done, wouldn’t stay here again.”

And lastly they almost canceled our reservation, because they were saying that they don't work with expedia, because they dont pay, and expedia owns them 5,000 dollars already.”

“Es una reserva natural muy bien conservada con senderos que dan al Río Mindo. Realmente hermoso. El alojamiento es muy especial con cabañas de madera y Bambu muy acorde con el paisaje y al mismo tiempo de lujo y cómodas. El personal es sumamente atento y el desayuno es local y recién hecho, delicioso con café pasado. “There was plenty of birds and trails. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was unexpectedly great. The road getting up to the reserve is a little rocky/bumpy but thats literally the only concern everything else was amazing.”

“this is for the adventerous, dont get scare on the way there the roads are a little rough due to the hotel still being developed. Chef Marcelo is a plus for this hotel and Sol as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful.”
