“There were bugs/ants crawling on me in the bathroom when I was going to the bathroom and once when I was sitting at the desk. I let the staff know and they’ve done nothing about it. My refrigerator wouldn’t open because it wasn’t made for the cabinet they put it in so the door couldn’t open because the hinge kept blocking it. “The breakfast area was well stocked and very clean. Tables were continually being wiped down and food refreshed promptly. Best hotel waffle I've ever had with with extra toppings of caramel sauce and crushed walnuts. ”

“The building itself was beautiful like a castle. But the parking is so far away and the set up of the parking lot not good. There’s absolutely nothing here to see or do. You can’t even get a complementary cup of coffee.! The coffee maker in my room, someone opened coffee and poured it in the wrong slot and apparently nobody cleaned it out before we checked in?? When the heat just at 70 hit the room it smelt like something was burning? The table to sit at was so wobbly you couldn’t sit there and...

“We booked 3 hotel rooms. One of them had pubic hair on a towel. Another had a very dirty bathroom wall, dirty lamp shade, dirty carpet. You have to take your trash down to the dumpster, which isn't a huge deal but you're not told at checkout and there's nothing in the rooms, just a small sign by the elevator. The front desk staff was super great and helpful though.”
