“Checked out 2 hours after check in saw 2 different types of bugs no ty”

“BED BUGS!!! The hotel was overall a bit run down. It is an old building with some lipstick slapped on. Our shower had hair in it. Poor workmanship with silicon slathered everywhere in the bathroom. It was bearable until we settled in to watch tv and a bug crawled across my shirt. We pulled the mattress cover back to reveal several bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem too bothered to care; just a surface level apology. The only positive was the pool area prior to this nightmare beginning. It is nice...

“Good and comfortable stay”

“Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5.”

“Great hotel, very clean and nice with easy access parking. The only negative was the pool being closed the weekend we were there for maintenance. Very disappointing for my kids after a long day at the zoo, but we still had a nice time.”

“Did not eat breakfast, early flight. The parking lot is poorly lit and is a bit cramped driving through. After checking in we found a bedbug in our bed. We tore the bed apart and did not see any more. You know what they say, when you find one.... The toilet in our room would continuously run if you didnt pay attention.The shuttle service to Eppley was great. Cost to leave our vehicle there was $5/day. ”

“The room and the building in general are in terrible condition and the staff make little effort to keep tbe building clean. For our room in particular, our TV didn't work the entire time we stayed and the front desk tried to fix then said they would have someone out ASAP to look at it. Nobody ever did show up. Smoke detector was covered in trash bag, handle on the window was completely broken off and left on the window sill, the outlet plate covers were almost all broken, one of the sinks was...

“Clean room, nicely updated. Staff was helpful and pleasant. No breakfast, but was not expecting one. We were only there one night, so we did not use the kitchen, but appears to be well appointed. ”

“From my husband: Wonderful experience. Wife and I needed to stay an extra night and our original hotel was booked full. After a miserable find at a different location, my wife found this gem. It's off the beaten path, yet still close enough to enjoy Omaha to your heart's desire. It feels safe, with its premises fenced off. Rooms are cozy. Bathroom mirror was new to us! Be able to change the background lighting shades and change the mirrors output to either warm or cool. We're guessing this...
