“Helpful staff - responsive in terms of correcting room assignment, fixing TV.”

“For an older hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the interstate. The breakfast had a better variety than other hotels we have stayed at. We'd stay again!”

“There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country”

“The breakfast was horrible, they just recycled the sausage links for the week, by Friday they were dry and shriveled up. The weird egg patties were dry and gritty, like they were powdered with not enough water added. The "fitness center" was a joke. 3 machines one was broken. I walked out to a homeless guy sleeping in a chair in the hallway. It smelled musty like stale smoke. There was a tornado warning with the sirens going off and the news was saying to take cover for that area, the staff was...

“Convenient off interstate. Had restaurants onsite. Was quiet and easy checkin area”

“The place smelled like mold, there were roaches, we didn't feel comfortable bringing anything into the hotel. Left at 9pm before even using the room that long because I felt a mouse scurry over my leg. Don't stay here.”
