Set on a peaceful 1.5-acre wooded lot in North Georgia, Blessed Sunset offers long-range panoramic mountain views and beautiful sunset views throughout the year, with large windows and multiple outdoor spaces designed to take them in.



Designed for groups to actually be together—gather around the dining table, relax by the fireplace, enjoy the game room, watch a movie, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the fire under the stars.



Faith is thoughtfully woven throughout the home and decor, reflecting our desire for Blessed Sunset to be a place of peace, encouragement, and renewal.

We created Blessed Sunset with a deeper purpose in mind.



In a world that often feels fast, noisy, and overwhelming, we wanted to offer a place where people could truly slow down, breathe, reconnect, and rest—where families reconnect, conversations deepen, and time together feels meaningful again.



We believe God's beautiful creation has a way of reminding us to pause and be present. That's part of what inspired us to create a home where you can step away from the busyness of life, enjoy the mountains, gather around the table, spend time outside, and simply be together.



Our heart is that this space would not just be a getaway, but a place of rest and renewal—where you can step away from the busyness of life, enjoy meaningful time together, and ultimately draw closer to what matters most.

📋 IMPORTANT TO KNOW



A rental agreement is required to be signed within 7 days of receiving it to confirm all reservations.



If you've booked within 7 days of check-in, the rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.



A $500 security deposit is also required.



🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS — Blessed Sunset is intended for family vacations, retreats, and meaningful gatherings—not parties or large events. Please do not host events or gatherings beyond registered guests without prior approval.



🤫 QUIET HOURS — Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM, indoors and outdoors, out of consideration for our neighbors.



🔥 FIRE & GRILL SAFETY — Never leave fires unattended. Fully extinguish the fire pit and outdoor fireplace after use and turn off propane tanks.



♨️ HOT TUB & SAUNA — Please follow posted safety instructions and leave covers securely in place when not in use.



🐞 MOUNTAIN INSECTS — Like many homes in the North Georgia mountains, you may occasionally see seasonal insects such as ladybugs, stink bugs or spiders, particularly during colder months. We have routine pest control and do our best to keep them out, but occasional insects can make their way inside due to the home's wooded mountain setting. We appreciate your understanding!
