Looking for a great North Georgia vacation home where you can spread out with a group or bigger family? Slip away to Snowbird Sanctuary and Snowbird Nest, a luxury lodge with 2 separate living spaces, space for up to 14 guests total (8 in Snowbird Sanctuary and 6 in Snowbird Nest), homey conveniences, high-end finishes, upgraded amenities, and fun extras.

You'll have 2 full kitchens for cooking meals for a group, along with indoor and outdoor dining spaces for meals. Sip coffee as you relax on the deck or gather around the firepit for chats beneath the stars. Soak away stress in the 6-person hot tub or unwind with a good book on the screened-in gazebo with a swing. Ready to play? Have fun with a pool table and air hockey table, along with Wi-Fi, a card table, and smart TVs throughout the home.

Snowbird Sanctuary and Snowbird Nest also boast a washer/dryer, DirecTV, high-end appliances in Snowbird Sanctuary and vintage-style appliances in Snowbird Nest, and a nice mix of bedding for a group. Plus, you'll enjoy easy access to area fun, including live music, farm-to-table restaurants, apple orchards, wineries, antique shops, and tons of outdoor fun. Beautiful home with an awesome view and plenty of space for a big family trip! We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving in this beautiful cabin! The kitchen was awesome for cooking our big dinner and we had plenty of room for relaxing the rest of the weekend.

Edge Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay. Home was absolutely beautiful with plenty accommodations for a large family. Had a separate apartment attached to garage that was made into a game room. Very peaceful. Close to town with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Lake Blue Ridge was breathtaking with crystal clear waters. Tubing on the river and a late night drive -in movie in Blue Ridge was really fun! Snowbird Sanctuary is the place to be. Thank you!

Spacious and quiet

The house location gave the feeling of seclusion. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool table, air hockey and game room but would say that the mattresses need some attention. We enjoyed our stay and visiting the area.

cleaning crew needs help

When we arrived cob webs in doorways inside, bedding had dead bugs, hair, and had not been changed in a very long time, toilet seats had wrap claiming to be sanitized however the bowl was black with scum showers and bath tub had to wiped free of hair and bugs, it took us over an hour to sweep and clean toilets, showers and tub not to mention washing sheets thank goodness we brought laundry pods that saved us from going to store. Would have been nice if grass was cut so kids could run outside however it was knee high. A new cleaning crew is highly recommended. Other than that the house was amazing and very well equipped for large groups. Plenty of space for everyone game-room was a big hit and the well equipped kitchen made meals easy to prepare. The table accommodated everyone so we could share meal time as a group.

Birthday Girls Weekend

This property was absolutely perfect for a birthday girls weekend. It had a great kitchen, a big round table for conversations over meals, beautiful, comfortable rooms and a beautiful, quiet and calming view. We would absolutely book this cabin again.

Well placed vacation home

All was great with the property, location was amazing and peaceful, plenty of space for all to relax and not be on top of each other. The teens loved the game room and my wife and I loved the apartment above. Beautifully done! The only real down side was the trash was not removed from the previous occupants, it was in the "shed" where it is suppose to go and then someone comes to empty it. We also found cigarette butts in the yard/driveway, again not a big deal but thought it note worthy as we did notify the manager and didn't get a response to that either. The front door knob came off and after I sent a message to the property manager, I did get a timely response, but no one came the "NEXT DAY" as mentioned, or the day after, or the day after that.. So I went to the store and bought tools to temporally fix it myself. Granted, your off the beaten trail and it wasn't much of or any security issue, mainly we didn't want to cause any damage. All-in-all fantastic and we would stay there again, without a doubt.

Wonderful getaway

The property looks better in person. Some friends and I booked the stay so we could go rafting and relax for a weekend. The outside garage with pool table and bathroom was great for those who didn't want to hang out in the main house and watch football or cook. We ran out of gras for the grill and they were very quick to come drop put on a new tank. The dining room and kitchen had more than enough space for all of us to not feel cramped. Good times were had and I would recommend staying here to anyone. The hot tub outside the downstairs bedroom is also very nice to go relax in and then just hop on back inside if the air is a bit brisk.
