Head outside to the expansive wrap-around porch to unwind and soak in the peaceful surroundings. The upper level boasts a primary suite with a private deck and a loft area, perfect for a serene retreat after a day out on the lake. Need to squeeze in some work? No problem—the upper level also has a small workspace with high-speed internet.

The lower level is packed with fun, featuring two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a game room with everything you need for a good time. Two private entrances make this area versatile, whether you want a home office or a cozy library.

When it's time to relax outdoors, grab your favorite drink and enjoy the large deck overlooking the property, or head to the fire pit with a Bluetooth speaker to roast marshmallows under the stars. A boat slip (A-11) is included, along with access to community amenities like an in-ground pool, clubhouse, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, sandy beach, and boat launch.

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

- Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
