Welcome to Heron’s Landing, a 5-bedroom, 3-bath lakefront retreat on Lake Anna’s public side. Nestled in a quiet cove, enjoy deep water for swimming and fishing, stunning views, and a private dock. Relax on the spacious deck, two screened porches, or by the smokeless firepit. The fully equipped kitchen and open living space are perfect for gatherings, while the lower-level game room offers pool, foosball, and more. Use the high speed fiber internet to stream your favorite shows or work remotely.

**Heron’s Landing – A Serene Lakeside Retreat**



Welcome to Heron’s Landing, a stunning lakefront home on the public side of Lake Anna. Nestled in a quiet cove with deep water, this property offers spectacular views, easy swimming, and excellent fishing right from the private dock.



This spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an open living area designed for gathering and celebrating special occasions. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, with an Instant Pot, crockpot, large stockpot, and plug-in griddle. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table or unwind in the great room with vaulted ceilings and cozy seating.



Step outside to a huge deck perfect for summer nights, a screened porch at the house, and another at the boathouse—both offering serene lake views. End your day by the newly installed large smokeless firepit, ideal for cooler evenings.



The lower-level family room is perfect for fun and entertainment, featuring a pool table, foosball, games, and toys for all ages. With fiber internet and streaming-only TV, staying connected has never been easier.



Heron’s Landing accommodates up to 8 guests, providing plenty of room to spread out and relax. Whether you’re enjoying the water, dining on the deck, or cozying up indoors, this lakeside retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Turnover day is Sunday to Sunday—come experience the beauty and tranquility of Lake Anna at Heron’s Landing!



Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!

**Additional Information:**

- Summer Rentals are Sunday to Sunday.

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- 8 Adults Maximum

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.



Interaction with Guests:

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

My family and I had an AMAZING stay this beautiful home. We loved how to home came well equipped with everything we needed in the home especially the kitchen! The dock was spacious we enjoyed kayaking on the lake. We were so glad the kayaks and life jackets were included with the property. The property managers did an excelled job at communicating with us throughout out stay. We would love to stay again!
