Beautifully appointed, this property is replete with a gourmet kitchen and a game room sporting foosball, shuffleboard, poker table, TV area, and adjacent wet bar. The lake-view primary suite boasts direct access to the deck and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. An adjacent suite has a bathroom with a standalone shower. Two additional guest bedrooms are found on the main level, while the lower-level bunk room is perfect for those traveling with children.

Enjoy the laidback lake lifestyle while relaxing on the furnished patio, grilling out on the elevated deck, or playing yard games on the expansive lawn. Presenting nearly 190 feet of water frontage on the private side of Lake Anna, you’ll love playing in the sandy beach area and launching the provided kayaks from your private boat dock. (A convenient boat launch is located within 0.25 miles from home.) When the sun goes down, gather around the lakeside firepit.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
