Was a bit digusted. Got there and room that was reserved was not what I got. And when my family and I walked inside the room a water bug was on the floor.

Clean & good communication :) only downside was hearing our neighbors talking loudly in the hallways late at night. Aside from that though we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. :)
