“Hotel is preaching decent in the inside of the rooms. Felt unsafe on the outside but is well know that this area of Charlotte is not the safest. ”

“Location was good, check-in was easy. We stayed because my wife was having surgery at 6 AM the following day. The walls were thin, and our 'neighbor' blasted his TV - preventing sleep. Called the front desk, and the unwelcomed noise stopped within 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience (and the surgery went well)!”

“The staff was very accommodating. We needed an accessible room and they were all taken, the manager was able to provide me with a shower chair and it was in the room when we arrived. All the hotel needs is hot breakfast available. There was plenty of parking even if you came with a trailer. ”

“For the price we paid, I couldn't expect something more to be honest. We spent here 1 night. Location is convenient! You need a car to go to Charlotte downtown but you really get there in few minutes. Our room was on ground floor. It was pretty spacious, with a quite wide closet and a comfortable kingsize bed in a modern style furniture. Bathroom was a good size with a tub. Hair conditioner was supplied.
