All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! So many lovely patisserie items and then I had smoked salmon and poached eggs every day… my favourite! Pool was sparkling clean and always plenty of sun loungers. Location quite remote but we found a few good restaurants nearby and a friendly little local bar with a talking parrot!

Vom ersten bis letzteñ Moment haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Palazzo eine Oase der Ruhe, des Lichts und der leckeren Speisen. Wir wären gern länger geblieben.

Un service très attentionné et dévoué. Un emplacement très favorable pour visiter le Salento. Par contre un ameublement vieux, moche, encombrant et non fonctionnel, une salle de bains avec une douche indigne d’un établissement si récent.

Magnifique hôtel plein de charme, avec un service irréprochable. L'ambiance est très confidentielle voire familiale. Très bon petit déjeuner et service de nourriture de manière générale.
