“My flight was canceled and delayed two days later. I got this "hotel" as last option for the second night since all hotels near the airport were booked. The bath towel smelled like mold. There was mold in shower edges. Water temperature was hard to control. Carpet had old stains and the wall had questionable stains. Only stay here if no where else to go that is near the airport. ”

“A lovely historic hotel in an excellent location. We were given the ‘Charles I bedroom’, with a lovely four poster bed. Apparently he stopped at the Red Lion for a drink during the Civil War. Live music in the beer garden at the front on Friday evening. Good food and pleasant staff.”

"Fantastico hotel per soggiornare con la famiglia! Personale super cortese e disponibile, i ragazzi della reception sono meravigliosi pronti ad aiutarvi in ogni modo! La stazione metro Hammersmith è a 3 minuti a piedi e se atterrate ad Heathrow potete prenderla per arrivare direttamente in hotel!

"We had a great experience at the Dorsett Hotel: friendly and professional staff, cleaning, cozy room, warm welcome. The only thing I can express my contrariety is that one day, even we left the room at 10 am putting the sign on the door (Make up the room), the room was cleaned up at 5,30 pm after several requests through the reception. The waitress told the reception that we didn't put the sign, but we did and we are not liar. Except for this thing all was so good, the bad behaviour of a single worker cannot ruin our excellent experience there, obviuosly, that's why we give top grades and surely we will come again at the Dorsett."
