“The person checking me in wasn’t very helpful. Asked me if I wanted to add breakfast to my stay and said it was cheaper to do it then than on the morning. Agreed to add it, but they didn’t tell me when breakfast was I had to ask. They also didn’t tell me when checkout was. The room was spacious but not a fan of the frosted glass bathroom, it was fine as I was solo, but if sharing the room it could be disruptive if someone went to the bathroom during the night as it frosted glass lights up the...

“I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. ”

“The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless.”

“Alarm kept going off at 2am because some drunk guy kept smoking and staff did nothing. ”

“Sadly would not come back. My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away. I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there. Still waiting an explanation ”
