Great location, just ok accommodations. We came to St. Paul for the Minnesota Yacht Club Festival in downtown. It really did only take us 15 minutes each day to get to downtown parking back and forth, even with thousands of people attending the festival. Unfortunately, with it being so close to a main street, the headlights from traffic make it into the bedroom windows. We also had some noise from the upstairs apartment. Bathtub faucet leaked constantly. Luckily we only heard it when in the bathroom. And bare minimum supplies in the kitchen (only one knife and nothing like plastic wrap, foil or covered containers for storing leftovers). It was clean. And we were happy to have separate bedrooms to lay our heads for the night.
