The Space:
This home is two separate apartments combined into one vacation rental which makes it perfect for families or groups each wanting their own space while still being able to be close to each other!

Both kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals during your stay, including a full-size stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. You'll also find essential cookware, pots and pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs. We provide basic pantry items like salt, pepper, oil, and a few spices, along with coffee and tea to get you started. One of the units features an island while the other a dining table to enjoy meals.

Each living room features tasteful decor, a comfy couch perfect for lounging, and a flat-screen TV equipped with streaming services for your favorite shows and movies. Thoughtful touches like cozy throw blankets, soft lighting, and coffee tables make it an inviting space to unwind.

Each apartment features two bedrooms, for a total of four bedrooms across the entire home. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, while the other two offer two single beds each. There are also two bathrooms, each equipped with essentials like fresh towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Guest Access:
During your stay at our home in St. Paul, MN, you'll have full access to the entire building with two separate entrances into each apartment. The property is equipped with security features, and we provide a secure and easy-to-use keyless entry system for your peace of mind.

It is situated in the Battle Creek neighborhood of Saint Paul, MN 55119. This area is known for its quiet, family-friendly atmosphere and convenient access to both nature and city amenities.

Getting Around:

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within our property or on the balcony.

Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the home is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.

Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.

Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
