Guests have full access to the unit during their stay, including:

To provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all our guests and neighbors, we ask that you review and follow the guidelines below:

Guest Verification & Check-In

Required Steps Before Arrival:

Every guest must complete a check-in process that includes:

• A government-issued photo ID

• A selfie

• A signed rental agreement

These steps are mandatory for all reservations.

• Pet Policy

Approval Needed:

• Only cats and dogs are allowed, and prior approval is required.

Maximum Limit:

• Up to 2 pets per unit.

Fees:

• $12 per pet, per night — must be added before check-in.

Undeclared pets will result in:

• $500 fine per unauthorized pet

• $1,000 charge if more than 2 pets or prohibited breeds are found

Prohibited Breeds:

• Due to building rules, we cannot accommodate Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs/Mastiffs, or Bulldogs.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Standard Check-In: Provided after booking confirmation

• Check-Out: Strictly at 10:00 AM

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out:

• May be arranged in advance for $25/hour

Unauthorized Late Check-Out:

• $50/hour will be charged without prior approval

Thermostat Guidelines

To avoid damage to the HVAC system:

• Cooling Limit: Don’t lower below 67°F

• Heating Limit: Don’t raise above 75°F

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in system failure and delayed repairs.

• No Parties or Extra Guests

Zero-Tolerance Policy:

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Monitoring Devices:

• Noise and smoke monitors are installed (no audio recorded).

• Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM

Unauthorized Guests:

• $50 per extra person, per night.

• Violations may result in a $1,000 fine and possible involvement of local authorities.

•Smoking & Vaping

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.

• A $1,000 fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found.

Cleaning & Additional Fees

Extra Mess:

• A $100 cleaning fee applies for excessive messes left behind.

• Biohazard Waste (e.g., bodily fluids): $150 cleaning charge

Shoes Off Policy:

• Kindly remove shoes inside to help maintain cleanliness and avoid extra charges.

Lost or Damaged Property

Key Fob Replacement:

• $250 will be charged for lost, stolen, or damaged key fobs.

Amenities: Pool & Gym

Access & Availability:

• Complimentary access is provided but is subject to availability due to maintenance or seasonal closures.

We wanted to share an important update from the building management regarding the heating and cooling system. Due to Minnesota law, the building is required to supply heat starting October 1st, even though the weather has been warmer than usual. Unfortunately, because of the way the system works, heating and cooling cannot run at the same time, so the air conditioning has been turned off for the season.

Management has set the heat to the lowest possible level to minimize the impact, but we completely understand this may feel uncomfortable during warmer days. In the meantime, they suggest a few ways to help keep your unit cooler:

Switch your HVAC unit to “Winter” mode and turn off the fan to prevent warm air from circulating.

Open your windows in the evening to bring in cooler air.

Close windows and blinds during the day to block direct sunlight and keep heat out.

We know this isn’t ideal and really appreciate your patience and understanding. If you need any further assistance to make your stay more comfortable, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
