“While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way.”

“Initial contact with the receptionist was good. She was helpful& kind. Verified our early-check in request promptly. With open availability, our hotel stay was upgraded from an economy room with a king bed to a room with the lake view on the 3rd floor with a king bed (with no extra fees to the room upgrade the receptionist offered us). 3rd floor hallway did have a funky smell to it, so if you have a sensitivity to smell, it may bother you. "Navetta da e per aeroporto utile ma con 2$ si raggiunge comodamente l’hotel dall’aeroporto con il metro tram linea blu che passa ogni 5 minuti. Colazione non inclusa ma il ristorante dell’hotel offre un ottima colazione a prezzi decisamente alti. Offre anche pranzo e cena sempre a prezzi decisamente superiori alla media. Camera pulita e silenziosa anche se un pot datata."
