Stylish Remodeled 6 Br House in Minneapolis! New linens, THE ONE!

What a gorgeous home! We love it so much, we decided to rent it short term to have a chance of hosting our own family.

UNIQUE OPEN FLOOR PLAN with a kitchen/dining in the middle surrounded by 2 spacious living rooms.

Stylish, modern, yet cozy space. The remodeling was just finished, everything is fresh and new.

The home is very PRIVATE and quiet, with a neighbor on one side only.
Partially fenced YARD with a nice furnished deck and a log fire pit in the middle. A perfect place to relax.

Close to EVERYTHING!

Bring nothing:
ALL NEW LINENS, pillows, blankets, towels.
We also provide all the basic TOILETRIES - full size bottles. Blow dryer.

KITCHEN has everything you need for cooking and baking (including oil, spices and condiments) .
COFFEE BAR with a Keurig, regular coffee maker, kettle and a nice variety of coffee, tea, sweeteners and creamers.
Revers Osmosis DRINKING WATER SYSTEM. No need to buy water.

LAUNDRY: full size washer/dryer, detergent, softener, drying rack, iron, ironing board.

Traveling with kids?

BABY: complete NURSERY (from an experienced mom) with full size crib, changing table, high chair, excersaucer, Ikea plastic dishes, baby/toddler toys, and even a potty! Located in the lower level (less noisy) next to a full bathroom with a bath tub. In the garage: car seat, booster seat, sit-n-stand double stroller, sand toys, folding chairs for the beach, floaties, sand toys, etc! Bassinet for a newborn, feeding pillow, pack-n-play, toddler cot (put in any room). Second mini-crib upstairs. ***Please note: house is not baby proof. There are no outlet plug covers, baby gate or cupboard locks. Please bring your own. No crib bumper provided.

For the older KIDS: full PLAY ROOM with a toy grocery store (everyone's favorite), huge doll house, books and much more!

Nicely REMODELED!
New paint, flooring, appliances, doors, hardware, vanities, faucets, window treatments, etc. Newer furnace, water heater. Plastic windows.

Free PARKING: 2 car garage + up to 4 cars can fit on the driveway.

Private backyard. Note: not fully fenced. 3 sides only.

1 Block away: Civic Center Park (New Hope) - Aquatic Park - brand new POOL with slides, playground, skateboard park, etc.

1 Block away: Grocery store, Walgreens, Dentist, Life Time Fitness, Wells Fargo Bank, Caribou Cafe, Pizzeria, Applebees, Buffet, McDonlands, a bunch of restaurants and cafes. Very convenient.

5 min away: French E. Clifton Regional Park with humungous playground, sandy swimming beach and trails, huge green preserve.

LIVING ROOM: Sleeper sofa (bedding is in the Br1 closet)
FAMILY ROOM: Sleeper sofa

LOWER LEVEL:
Bedroom 5: Queen bed + full size crib and all the baby items.
Bedroom 6: Used as a toy room and play room, but you are welcome to use the air mattress or bring twin mattress from upstairs.

GROCERY stores with home delivery options or free pick up. (pro tip: preorder your food/household items ahead of time online, let others do the shopping for you for FREE. Pick up your bags on the way to the house. Saves a ton of precious time during your stay!). Target, Aldi, Costco, Walmart, Cub - try Instacart Service if you haven't.

HOUSE RULES:
Photo ID with selfie is required.
Guest that is making a reservation must be 25 years old+.
No pets. No smoking. No shoes indoors.
Quiet hours 9 pm - 9 am.
No parties. $500 fine is Police is called to the property or if there is smoke smell.
A short term rental agreement required before check-in.
Traveler's insurance is strongly recommended.

I chose this property as it had the needed number of bedrooms, was modern, and had a room full of toys for the 3 boys, ages 5, 3, & 1 years old. The property was very clean and just as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay!

UMN Commencement Weekend

We had a large family coming to the city to celebrate our son’s college graduation. We wanted a location close enough to campus that could house all of us under one roof. These accommodations checked off that box. There was enough space to provide privacy while allowing us to enjoy our family time together. The parking was perfect. The patio and yard were perfect. The house was beautiful and met all of our needs. The owners have put a lot of thought into the planning of how to make your stay worry free and enjoyable. Thank you for being part of making this life event celebration so memorable!

Family Weekend of Fun

Overall the space fit our needs well. The location was great. The mattress of the master bed was super comfy. The labels in the kitchen & bath helped a lot. The baby items were super helpful for the families. They liked the blackout curtains. A few small things that could be fixed or added: the living room lamp didn't work, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace, the candles on the dining room table didn't have batteries, kitchen could use a new vegetable peeler and a couple paring knives, the only baby item you didn't have was a baby gate, and the front burner on the kitchen stove didn't work. The house is definitely set up for family and we appreciated all the extras you provided.

Minneapolis Christmas

We have a large family and my mom lives near by in the home I grew up in. We wanted to be close enough. The house provided great accommodation for all of our family. Nicely decorated for the spirit of Christmas. Kids play room kept kids engaged and happy to play with many toys. Host very responsive, welcoming and good instructions. Easy check in and out.

Family Reunion in MSP

This house has ample space for large gatherings! So much room that we didn't use the awesome backyard firepit, deck, playroom or the large living room! The location was not far from groceries, shopping, dining, or freeway access. The garage space to park was great because a large storm rolled through, and we knew the rental would be safe from the elements (MSP has some large hail!) Not a perfect 5* because of some small details: coffee pot still had grounds and coffee in it, pans were put away dirty, melted ice cream in the freezer space, oven had something spilled on bottom. The stick vacuum was not charged and did not have a place to charge it. It took the air conditioner over 24 hours to cool the house to 68 but we finally got it cooled off. We would lower the temp and it would reset itself. The bunk beds make A LOT of squeaking and was pretty wobbly. We even borrowed some tools but didn't get it tightened up. :-( So, if you have restless/sound sensitive kiddos (like we did) it was frustrating. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor as a fix. I contacted Anna during our stay. She was very attentive and responsive to my messages. The house is easy to find and has a well-stocked kitchen with the essentials (and more!) to make meals for the whole family. Thanks for the comfy stay!

What a spacious, well appointed and clean home! The kitchen was fully stocked and the host left us a fabulous gift basket! My aunts and cousins lived the chance to gather together in a central location, cook and laugh together!
