“Strange shaped room with a useless window and strange odor in the room. Breakfast was okay, no breakfast meat except tortilla filling. Didn’t like finding out “after” reserving the room that there would be an additional charge of $14 to park there!”

“First of all, I would like to say thank u to the lady at the front desk that allowed us for late check out. The place was beautiful! Had a good selection for breakfast. Everything in the room was clean the only complaint I had was every time the toliet was flush, it did not flush. My husband had to take off the lid and fix something then it would flush. I would stay here again.”

“Comfy and 24 hr shuttle was great.”

“It was wonderful to have a 24 hour Fitness Room and the pool open to midnight. There were plenty different spots to have early morning FaceTime or phone calls outside of the room where others were sleeping. Not sure about the cleanliness of the hot tub.”

“the toilet in my room wouldn't flush properly , so changed rooms 2nd room was better except there was like a 1 - 2 inch gap between the floor and door bottom to hallway. When calling desk it took a long time for staff to answere phone had to call more than 1 time. Seemed to have a slight musty smell ( odor ) when you walked in. GOOD TV, GOOD TRANSPORT TO AIRPORT !! for the price it was okay”

“Didn’t know parking has a fee when I believe it should be free for guests checking in”

“Your satisfaction is dependent on which building you are in. Building E is outdated. The shower felt like acupuncture. You have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the elevator so you can go up to the various floors. The onsite restaurant is excellent.”

“This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were rude the room was so hot with the AC blasting. It felt like I was in a microwave. This stay completely ruined the start of my vacation because I’m absolutely exhausted from not being able to sleep. The worst part is that they charge you to park there!!! Stay clear. Pick the next hotel!”

“The customer service was great. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was so clean I could not find one thing out of place. There was no carpet which was even more amazing. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was stocked. We did not hear anything above or below us. The breakfast was pretty good, a lot to choose from.”

“Great staff, clean property and nice breakfast. We booked this place, so the little one could play in the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance on both days. I wished I knew it earlier.”

“The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay.”

“The hotel is a comfortable, spacious, welcoming place to stay. As a renovated convent, it has dark wood and a stark flavor to the decor, but the spaciousness and quiet elegance of the hotel makes it all very appealing. We got a free upgrade to an executive suite, which we appreciated. The room was very spacious. The shampoo, shower gel, etc. were lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent-- better than many hotels in the area. My husband and I will happily stay...

“Navetta da e per aeroporto utile ma con 2$ si raggiunge comodamente l’hotel dall’aeroporto con il metro tram linea blu che passa ogni 5 minuti. Colazione non inclusa ma il ristorante dell’hotel offre un ottima colazione a prezzi decisamente alti. Offre anche pranzo e cena sempre a prezzi decisamente superiori alla media. Camera pulita e silenziosa anche se un pot datata.”

“Albergo con standard da aeroporto. Potrebbe migliorare la colazione, sistemare i pavimenti rotti dell' ascensore. Accettabile per una notte di passaggio”
