“My kids and I stayed here in June 2026 on our way to the Black Hills during a cross country camping trip. Our room was great, and we very much appreciated the filtered water and hot shower. “Hotel was horrible. Carpet was wet, room felt and smelt damp. Our room had an armchair with a seat cushion that didn’t match the chair and the vinyl on the cushion was all ripped up. Big hole in the carpet. Bedding was stained. There was a mysterious sauce stain on the phone handle. The phone didn’t have a way to contact the front desk. Ceiling had holes both in the room and hallway. The outside siding was severely damaged”

“Very clean room and plenty of towels. Clean bathroom. The front desk staff were attentive and approachable. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. Remember to tip your housekeeper.”

“Check in was just fine, lobby was hot and humid. When we got to the room it smelled musty and they had a cup under the back of the toilet to catch the dripping fitting. Pool area was okay but the pool walls and bottom needed a good scrubbing.”

“Property is dated but okay. Hotel room didn't have hand soap in the bathroom and the body wash was empty.”

“There was no pool or exercise room like was stated on the site. Breakfast was pretty much gone when I got down there. The staff stood out by the front door smoking.”
