“Impressed with the place and staff. Jason at the teception was very helpful. I love that they have coffee, water, and tea at the lobby available to us 24/7. Would come back during our next roadtrips”

“You can tell by appearance that the property is dated, but functional. It just needs a few updates, maybe walk in showers for guest with no children and new bathtubs throughout. We had a great time with our family in the pool and hot tub, just needed more towels on the weekend. The breakfast could have been better 😋 All and all we had a great time in the Duluth area exploring! The staff was very helpful with extra blankets and pillows for our room.”

“The room was barely adequate. I am not sure how they get away with having the “portable” bed frame and highly uncomfortable, barely full-sized bed. The light over the mirror was so dim with no other lights available. The bathroom was clean but rust was evident in many spots. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but will not be recommending in the near future.”

“Stayed three nights, Friday through Sunday. The room doors do nothing to insulate the sounds of from the hallway. Hard to sleep. Breakfast was good but the only egg selection had cheese in it. Prefer my eggs without cheese but there wasn't an option. Not complaining, though. The little potato things were good. The had chocolate chip cookies out on Friday and I had one. It was fantastic. But, and this is a big but, they don't put them out on the weekends. If you get me believing there'll be...
