Stiamo ancora una volta offrendo la nostra casa in affitto sul Lago Mercer a dieci minuti da Minocqua. Senza l'accesso pubblico alla barca, il traffico del lago è minimo, l'eccellente pesca e l'abbondante fauna selvatica, inclusi loons e aquile. Esperienza senza dubbio la migliore pesca del North Woods sul nostro lago di classe A Musky e Walleye con una pressione di pesca molto bassa. Altre specie di pesci abbondanti sono il pesce persico, il luccio, il crappy, il pesce persico, il bluegill e altri pesci palustri. Abbiamo aggiunto una suite al piano inferiore e camera da letto aggiuntiva, bagno, zona soggiorno e mini-cucina. La tua barca o quelle che puoi noleggiare nelle vicinanze possono essere consegnate al molo 48 'per il tuo divertimento personalizzato. A pochi passi c'è un bellissimo pozzo del fuoco sul lago con legna inclusa. Il nostro pontone da 16 piedi è inoltre disponibile per il noleggio durante il vostro soggiorno. DENTRO LA CASA ... Dall'alto verso il basso, il soppalco ha cinque letti singoli divisi in due camere da letto separate. (3-2) più un mezzo bagno. Il piano principale open concept ha un camino in pietra a un'estremità e una cucina rinnovata all'altra. Qui ci sono tutti i servizi di cucina che potremmo pensare. Ci sono due camere da letto del piano principale entrambe con le regine insieme con il bagno completo.
La suite al piano inferiore comprende un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale, la mini cucina e area salotto con TV e una stufa a gas attraente. Le linee di vista da entrambi i livelli sono notevoli sul lago a pochi passi di distanza. La terra di stato al di là è lo sfondo scenico. Se ti piace motoslitta, ATV'ing, pesca sul ghiaccio, sci di fondo o racchette da neve, questa posizione è ideale per gli amanti della neve con accesso diretto a migliaia di chilometri di sentieri per motoslitte segnalati e curati direttamente dalla proprietà. Questa splendida cornice sul Lago Mercer è a soli dieci minuti da Minocqua, con tutte le attrazioni vicine, ma allo stesso tempo è remota e speciale.

Beautiful and peaceful location

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful location. We watched loons, eagles and deer.The family room areas are very comfortable. The bedrooms are functional but quite small.We had everything we needed for a comfortable week except the WiFi was never functional.

Wonderful stay on Lake Mercer! Our two children (ages 3 and 5) wouldn’t come out of the lake- the beach area was perfect. Kayaks, hammock, grill, dvds- all made our stay very enjoyable! We hope to come back next year!

Family yearly vacation

Very nice location. Beautiful small lake with loons and eagles. The younger kids (9-11) didn’t like the upper bedrooms and were afraid of the mice they saw so slept with parents and grandma downstairs. The 13 year old didn’t care and slept upstairs. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The Switch was a beautiful pontoon but unfortunately was limited to a maximum of 20mph. It is great for a leisurely trip around the lake but did not work very well for us tubing with the kids. The owner gave us a discount due to our dissatisfaction.

Family Vacation

This was our second year staying here. Did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our family. Will definitely stay again. We love the property and the area. Having the new boat rental was an awesome upgrade and our family made great memories tubing and fishing and getting out on the lake. The house really has everything you’d need and more. The owners are quick to respond with the few questions we had and that was really appreciated.

Mercer lake adventure

Really enjoyed our stay, the lake was was beautiful and very peaceful we didn’t have the best weather but it was very nice trip. Much needed and will definitely come back. I will miss hearing the loons every evening.

Perfect ice fishing getaway!

This was absolutely the perfect place for our annual friends ice fishing weekend. The cabin was spacious for all of us and the host was amazing! Everything we needed was there and felt right at home.

Nice clean place to stay.

Nice cabin on the lake. The refrigerator didn't work which was a pain but they brought us a new one in a couple days. Management was quickly helpful for any questions or problems that we had.

Peaceful Retreat

This was such a wonderful place for our adult family retreat! The cabin is cozy and beautiful! The setting was peaceful and serene, but yet close to town. The six of us totally enjoyed our time there! The changing leaves were breathtaking and the weather was perfect! We rented the owner's pontoon and fished around the lake as well as off the pier. The fishing was great and we even caught some nice bass off the pier. We had a wonderful time making great memories, and if we ever make it back up to northern Wisconsin, we would totally stay here again!

Buyer Beware!

Do not believe the pictures you see for this listing! This property looks nothing like the nice clean uncluttered home pictured. I imagine these pics were from the real estate listing of this property before the current owners moved in. The outdoor spaces were dirty and cluttered with junk. The boats/kayaks were unkempt and unlicensed. No life vests were provided. The upstairs toilet was broken. The downstairs bathroom toilet leaks. The kitchen island cabinet door was broken. The kitchen cabinets were so full with the owners stuff, there was no place for our food. We spent the first day cleaning and organizing just so we could move in. No room in the closets for our clothes. Picked up a blanket and Cheerios fell out onto the floor. After 3 days we noticed a small sign affixed to the side of the refrigerator detailing what precautions you should take concerning the water supply. Would have been helpful info to have ahead of our stay! The only positive is that the beach area is easily accessible and not steep. Not so with the dock, pretty rickety. The idea that you had to contact them within 12 hours of check-in with any problems is a joke. Although we did contact them upon arrival, their initial response was for us to just leave because they didn't want a negative review. As we were over 1400 miles from home and had family in route we decided to stay.! Madeline did respond with a new coffeemaker and wine opener as well as a bottle of wine! Beware!!!!

Family vacation

The lake was amazing. Fishing was fantastic. The house fit us all perfectly. It was a great space for our large family to make memories. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Having use of the washer and dryer was a bonus. Lake swimming was 5 stars! Easy drive to downtown. We will definitely be back!

Nice property for larger groups

Nice location for a fishing weekend with ample space for larger groups. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and open space on lower and 1st level with enough parking spaces as well. Lake has some nice fishing spots with good diversity.

Peaceful lake cabin

The cabin was right on the lake, with lovely views. The dock was large and many of us could sit on it at once. We were able to swim in the lake right off the dock. The rowboat was old and heavy but still quite useable. It was great to have the use of 2 paddleboards. There was one small kayak too. All 8 of us were able to eat meals together. There were lots of spices and staples around to use; and, plenty of dishes, glasses, and cookware. The grandparents had the use of the downstairs suite. Very nice! The kids were able to use the small bedrooms on the top floor. They liked that. One suggestion - label the light switches. They were not obvious to any of us.

Our week at “Spiel Haus”

We thoroughly enjoyed our week up North at this property. There was plenty of room(for both playing and sleeping) for our family group of 9. With the pontoon boat, the kayak, the 2 stand-up boards, the fire pit, the deck and the beautiful lake we found ourselves quite satisfied with the amenities and available activities. Great opportunity for music-making, biking, walking and yoga. Thanks Madeline, for sharing your wonderful home with us!

quiet and relaxing

Peaceful and relaxing. Lots of wildlife....deer, eagles, loons. House was well equipped and functional. Great outdoor spaces from the deck to yard to dock and the lakeside firepit was a great way to end each day. Only suggestion would be a picnic table of some sort. Thanks for offering your home.
